Alie, Birthday.

Tyler got tickets to "O" for my birthday and we went on Friday, the 16th. The show was awesome and visually incredible. We had AMAZING seats - we were just left of the center of the stage and 5 rows back - such a perfect view of the stage. Tyler was very proud of the tickets. I asked him how he managed to get them and his response was, "I know a guy". So cocky. Turns out the "guy" was actually a member of my parent's ward and someone I've known for years. Yeah, Tyler 'knew' a guy...
Tyler sent me this edible arrangement, which was incredibly tasty and also very sweet of him; considering the fact that all 3 of my bosses forgot my birthday!Tyler let me splurge and buy something I have wanted for a while now, a gorgeous Coach purse.
It was a great birthday. We had dinner with all the family in town. It was great to spend some time with everyone.

Saturday Errands
We had a lot of errands to run on Saturday and we got up at 7am (!!!) so that I could make my 830 hair appointment (which, side note, I'm not too happy about - I'll post some pictures later) so we were both pretty tired by the time we got to the grocery store to do our shopping. Tyler mentioned to me how tired he was as we entered the store, and I jokingly offered to push him in the cart. He jumped right in. It was funny pushing him around the store, but he got out rather quickly, as we put some frozen food in and there wasn't much room in the cart, based on the fact that he is 6'1, not 1'6.
In other news: I turn twenty-five tomorrow. I know, I know, it's not really old; it's not a big deal; blah, blah, blah. But I'm not gonna lie, I feel a little old. I got a letter from Cumorah stating that as I am now considered an adult, my benefits with my account have changed - lame. I got another letter from Anthem stating that because of my age change, my insurance is going up 20 bucks. Birthdays are supposed to be fun and exciting and filled with good times. How come I'm getting all this crappy news? Being an adult is so NOT what it's cracked up to be.

standard-issue beginning blog obligatory post
I know, I know...I thought I would never start blogging...blah blah blah, I'm jumping on the bandwagon, I've succumbed to the peer pressure, whatever. I've decided to start this now; with family all over the place, with Tyler and I just starting a family, with insane amounts of free time at my incredibly boring job...it seems like a good time to keep in touch with y'all.
So we begin...
